Convicted by the people
To the cross You were led
The Fathers plan fulfilled
In glory You raised from the dead
With Your sacrifice for our sins
Our doomed fate no longer sealed
The scourge of sin no longer upon us
Praise You, by Your stripes we were healed

When morning comes
and it’s time to rise
when a new day dawns
and you open your eyes
before you get up
before your feet touch the floor
before you start your day
before you walk out the door
spend just a silent moment
be thankful for a new start
ask God for His blessing
allow His love to fill your heart
before you go.

I was on my knees in prayer
Thanking God for everything
The blessings He bestows
His grace that makes me sing
At once I was finished
It just seemed so fast
His Spirit was calling to me
To make this time last
For this time with Him is precious
For all the answers that I seek
And to receive the direction I ask of Him
I must be patient and allow Him to speak
I stayed there on my knees
Amazed once again for the things He does
Just the fact He wanted me to stay
What a blessed time it was.

Praise to the Wonderful Maker
Creator of all things
The almighty God to whom
All creation sings
In Your time I am but an infant
Like a seed newly sown
Yet even before my beginning
By You I was known
Praise You for my salvation
I am made unlike other worldly things
Made to last eternally with You
Glory to God, this humble creation sings

As you see the dawn approaching
Appearing over the mountain peak
Be reminded of He who comes in glory
The Savior we must all seek

As the light shines upon you
Enjoy the peace the dawn brings
Be reminded of the risen Savior
Lord of lords, King of kings

He and He alone the giver
Of the freedom we all craved
By His sacrifice forgiven
Through grace and faith we are saved
