To watch a sunset in quiet solitude
Realize by Who’s Hand it was made
Then to imagine the glorious light of Him
Brighter than sunlight which will never fade
To watch a sunrise in quiet solitude
Then to imagine the glorious light that I will one day see.
O to see the radiance, a light to us unknown
In the presence of the One who died for me
Oh what a joy to speak to You
The privilege given to me so sweet
For You so worthy of my love and praise
Humbly I fall to my knees at Your feet
With all that You have given me
Of the many ways that show You care
This gift I hold so dear to my heart
To speak to You my God through prayer
Lord bless me with the gift
To see others through Your eyes

Tired and weary I fell to my knees
Asking the Lord for forgiveness and peace
For in my foolish ways I tried on my own
To end some troubles that would not cease
Then my Lord God, one so true and forgiving
Spoke to my heart and lifted me up
With the love only my God can give
His grace flowed down and filled my cup.
The awesome beauty of a sunset
The way the sun rises in the morn
The beauty in a desert flower
The cry of a baby being born
The stars brilliant in the night
The wondrous colors in the trees
An oasis in the desert
The hint of the ocean in the breeze
The fish that swim, the birds that fly
The animals that roam the land
Along with I give You glory
For everything comes from Your hand.
